We're Sarah and Tom. For years we both worked corporate jobs in the CBD and dreamed about the café we'd open "one day." In 2021 we finally took the leap, signed the lease on a tired old shopfront in Yarraville, and spent three months sanding floors ourselves.
Sarah bakes everything in-house before the sun's up. Tom dials in the coffee. We named it after the maple tree in the courtyard that the local kids climb every weekend.
